EVENTS

Private Event Booking & Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing Blue Fire Grill to host your private event. To ensure a seamless experience, the following terms apply:

 

Booking & Deposit

  • A non-refundable deposit ($200) is required to secure your event date.
  • Dates are not guaranteed until the deposit is received.

 

Payment Schedule

  • The final balance is due 14 days before the event.

 

Cancellations

  • 30+ days before the event:  100% less merchant services fees is returned
  • 15–29 days before the event: 50% of the Payment is kept, 50% returned to client
  • 14 days or less: 100% of the Payment is kept.
  • The $200 deposit is non refundable, regardless of timing of cancellation or reason.

 

Guest Count Adjustments

  • Final guest count must be confirmed 7 days prior to the event.
  • This number will be considered the minimum guaranteed and used for billing, even if fewer guests attend.

 

Rescheduling

  • One-time rescheduling may be allowed with at least 14–30 days’ notice, subject to availability.
  • Deposits may be transferred to the new date but are not refundable.

 

No-Shows / Day-of Cancellations

  • Events canceled on the day of, or failure to hold the event, will be charged 100% of the contracted amount.

 

Force Majeure

  • In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond either party’s control (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions), we will work with you to reschedule. Deposits remain non-refundable but may be credited toward a future date.
